Here are examples of brochure copy for a new, luxury residential development in southern Sydney. Departing from conventional real estate copy, with its familiar, overused phrases, I adopted a more narrative based 'sensory' approach. This established a stronger emotional bond between potential buyers and the development as they could easily imagine living in one of the apartments.
